This piece is made out of high quality red Cotton Sateen (98% cotton, 2% lyrca). It has a slight sheen to it, cotton is breathable and beautiful to wear. I shipped this fabric in from Los Angeles, California. Where the double ruffle collar down, or wear it up for an even more dramatic look. Pair it with a skirt, pants or over a dress.
It is a generous, easy fitting piece. It fits from a large to a 2xl. It has one gold button at the top as closure.
