Refund policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your SS River Designs purchase.

We provide a 30-day return or exchange from the day of delivery on all regular priced items (excluding any altered or custom items).  Before returning anything, please get in contact with us at ctienkamp@sasktel.net.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If there was an error with your order, we will take full responsibility and we will expediently handle the new shipment and return fees.
