WE SHIP TO CANADA and USA

We do our best to get your order out within 2-3 business days of receipt and shipped within 5 business days, unless otherwise advised . Shipping times vary according to final destination. 

Once shipped, orders are typically received within 7 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, SS River Designs cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as service interruptions, severe weather, etc.

Shipping is not refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to the store for all exchanges or refunds.
